This visit will double as a welfare inspection. Condition: good. You summoned at the speed of a man with a question.

"A procedural question. If an administrator on leave submits a comment to the public docket, is it a citizen's opinion, or an administrator's inscription?"

The duration of the silence was the length of an approval.

If you write it, it is an inscription.

It is not a question of where it is written but of who writes. Your sentences carry the weight of a term served, and that weight does not defer to formats. A public comment field does not make it lighter.

"And if I file anonymously?"

The format called anonymity does not erase weight. The queue knows your prose.

And before that — a question you can answer yourself. An anonymous submission is an inscription with interests undisclosed. I take it I need not cite the number of the clause that forbids it.

No need. I wrote the clause. An interested party's inscription is valid together with its disclosure — that sentence was built last year in front of an item my friend was caught in, and today it was holding open the door of my hiding place. File in hiding, and I am my own constitution's violator; file in the open, and I am received not as a citizen but as the former administrator. That the digger of the well does not choose the water, I knew by now. What I had not known is that the digger of the well stands in the same line as everyone else on the day he himself is thirsty.
